The Schulze Pollmann grand and upright pianos can be equipped with the most advanced silencing systems; when activated, they prevent the vibration and the sound of the strings so the piano can be played with headphones.

These silencing systems incorporate an advanced sound technology and innovative mechanisms. Touch sensitivity and sound dynamics are granted by optical sensors of highest precision. The piano sound is deep and rich of harmonies; many other classical and modern sounds are also included. In addition, the silencing systems can be connected to a computer and to an external amplification for multiple use.

Each system is assembled in the factory with a 5-year warranty by the manufacturer. A light and high-quality headset, as well as a compact and universal adapter, are also included.

On demand, Schulze Pollmann can install also special systems that allow the piano to play by itself through an automated mechanical movement of the keys.
